Terri Pierce has been with Ernst & Young LLP for over 15 years assisting clients with managing IT risks, security assessments, controls design and evaluation, cost reduction and efficiency improvements, and managing large IT programs through all systems development phases. Her passion is assisting clients in solving their most pressing business and IT issues. Terri also has prior experience with eLoyalty, a small customer relationship management consulting firm. At eLoyalty she was responsible for relationship management strategy development and re-engineering customer service processes to increase customer loyalty. Terri graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics and Business Management. She has been involved in several civic and professional organizations, including: Women’s Economic Club–Past Officer and Board Member, Leadership Detroit XVI, Michigan Women’s Foundation–Development Co-Chair, Menttium 100– First Class.
