Kathy Schroeder, Secretary, MCWT Foundation

Kathy is the Director of Quality Management for R. L. Polk & Co. In that role, she is responsible for customer satisfaction initiatives, software quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.

Prior to joining Polk, Kathy was the Director of Information Systems for Minacs, where she led a 120 person department of developers, analysts, systems managers, quality analysts, and technical support teams.

She has over 25 years of experience in IT and Quality Management, including roles in project management, internal auditing, application development, process re-engineering, and department management.

She is also an adjunct professor at Lawrence Technological University, where she teaches Management Information Systems.

Kathy is currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Business Administration at LTU. She has an MBA degree from Lawrence Tech, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
