2008 MCWT Foundation Website Design Contest - A GREAT Success!
This fall, the MCWT Foundation sponsored its second annual high school Website contest, centered on the theme of “My Career.” It convened both ends of the MCWT spectrum: the high school girls that MCWT Foundation supports and the volunteers and IT leaders who support them. Over 40 teams competed, through two rounds of judging.

- Second Prize: Rahina Choudhury
- Third Prize: Shannon Picking
- Honorable Mentions:
Latavia Coker; the joint team of Amanda Kiely and Holly Framalin; and the joint team of Diane Mikho and Thawra Warida.
Twenty-one MCWT volunteers donated considerable hours to the first round of judging. At the November 22nd final judgment day, MCWT’s second-round contest judges represented a number of our important community partners and sponsors. They included:
